The round table is organized to disseminate the findings of the research study conducted by our institute on the said subject and is supported by national Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG), Delhi.

Our research study has brought to light the differences in the approach to risk management adopted by large BSE 100 listed companies & medium sized FMB. Majority of the medium sized listed companies have not adopted Enterprise Wide Risk Management System, which is imperative today in light of the emerging competitive environment and complex regulatory systems worldwide.
